The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant-accused in S.T. No.576 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.456 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Hapur Nagar, District Hapur with the prayer to enlarge applicant- accused on bail. 3. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 11.04.2023, which is reproduced as below:- "Heard learned counsel for the applicant-accused, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant-accused involved in Case Crime No.456 of 2021, under Sections 302, 201 IPC, P.S. Hapur Nagar, District Hapur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. According to prosecution version, on 31.05.2021, the wife of applicant-accused was found murdered in a ranch.
