Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 456 of 2022, under Sections 302, 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is not named in the FIR. The name of the applicant has come up subsequently in the statement of the co-accused Pradeep which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law. The trial is moving at a snail's pace and not a single witness has been examined upto the date as per the status report dated 29.10.2025.
