This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Lokendra , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 8/20 of NDPS Act, Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Refinary, District Mathura. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 13.5.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the incident, there is no recovery of intoxicating substance from the possession of the applicant. Only false recovery of fire arm and bullets have been roped upon the appl
