Heard Sri Gyanendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Shyam Dhar Maurya, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.62 of 2023, under Sections 302, 323, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implication in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. He was not present at the time of offence. The applicant is languishing in jail since two years and ten months, as such, the period of incarceration entitles the applicant to bail.
