The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No. 267 of 2018, arising out of Case crime No. 1026 of 2017, under Sections - 302, 394, 411 I.P.C., Police Station - Sector-20 Noida, District - Gautam Budh Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 06.12.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 51364 of 2019. The second bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 25567 of 2020. 4.
