This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 59 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 66-D of Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Agra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.03.2025. He submits the applicant is not named in the FIR and his name was surfaced during the course of the investigation in the confessional statement of the co-accused
