The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 147 of 2019, under Sections 376-D, 506, 323 I.P.C., and 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Dhanari, District- Sambhal during pendency of the trial. 2. At the outset, Sri Ramendra Ojha, counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been acquitted by the trial Court vide order dated 8.10.2025 passed by Special Judge (POCSO)/ Additional Sessions Judge, Sambhal at Chandauli in Special Sessions Trial No. 489 of 2019 (State of U.P.
