PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant stating that his sister has been set afire by the named accused persons, namely, Jagnarayan Tiwari, Sarvanand Tiwari, Sandhya Tiwari and Sumit Tiwari (applicant) on 16.2.2025 at about 11:00 a.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
