Learned counsel for the applicant submits that though the victim in her statements has made specific allegation against the applicant for committing her rape, but at the trial the victim (P.W.1) in her cross- examination states that she left her house on being annoyed by her mother, she had not gone with the applicant, she went to house of her Aunt, she does not known the applicant, which statement has been filed as Annexure No. 10 to the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
