Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 27.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report was lodged by the first informant, who is wife of the applicant, with the allegation that the applicant and other family members tortured her for additional dowry.
