Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present third bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in S.T. No. 841 of 2020, arising out of case crime No. 44 of 2020, under Sections 363, 302, 201 IPC, police station Asothar, District Fatehpur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were rejected by this Court on merits vide orders dated 23.07.2021 and 15.04.2024. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant-accused was not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated during investigation on the basis of statement of informant.
