Bail Application No. 27077 of 2024 (Taulan Vs. State of U.P.). 4. This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant- Taulan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. Case Crime No. 63 of 2023, under Sections 302, 307, 323, 325, 504, 506 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Jogiya Udaipur, District Siddharth Nagar. 5.
