Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.637 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 333, 352, 3(5) BNS, Police Station Nigohi, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Sahmat Ali Alias Alam has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 26.11.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.9893 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 14.11.2024, having no criminal history.
