GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the FIR along with one other accused and the family members of named accused. In the FIR the informant has alleged that all the accused had enticed away her twin daughters aged about 16 years with intention to marry them. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS first victim has specifically stated that she is more than 18 years of age, she studied upto Class-X, her date of birth is 01.01.2006, she used to talk with the applicant for four years, her mother used to compel her to do wrong work and when she used to refuse she used to beat her on account of whic
