As per office report dated 23.08.2025 the concerned CJM vide its letter dated 31.07.2025 has informed that in compliance of the order dated 02.07.2025 notice has not been accepted by the informant. Thus, notice upon the informant is deemed to be sufficient. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is named in the FIR with the allegation that on the date of occurrence when informant's minor daughter aged about 15 years was alone in the house the applicant barged into the house and committed rape upon her on the point of knife. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 BNSS though the victim had reiterated version of FIR but there are material contradictions.
