This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Udai Chaudhary, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 100 of 2025, under Sections 109, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Rampur Maniharan, District Saharanpur, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 16.4
