Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 456 of 2022, under Sections 302 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Majhola, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. This is a second bail application. The first bail application was rejected by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 26.4.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 1708 of 2023. 5. As per the prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have land dispute with the deceased person i.e. his brother, as such, he had committed his murder on 11.06.2022 at about 10:45 p.m. 6.
