Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the material available on record. 2. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 51 of 2025, under Sections 111, 140(3), 143(1), (2), (3), 144(2), 318(2) (3), (4), 61(2)A, 308(7), 336(3), 340(2) B.N.S. and Sections 3/4/5(1) of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, Police Station- Khatauli, District- Muzaffarnagar, during the pendency of the trial. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. During the course of trial, the informant was examined as P.W.-1. The other prosecution witness Nadir was examined as P.W.-2. Both the prosecution witnesses have not supported the prosecution case and have been declared hostile by the trial court vide orders dated 18.9.2025. The
