Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.212 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 120B, 307, 506, 34, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Chaprauli, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 5. The applicant alongwith five other named accused person and some 5-7 unknown persons is stated to have fired indiscriminately and caused gunshot injury to Pramvir, Nitin, Gaurav, Yogendra s/o Baktawar and Yogendra s/o Malooq on 22.06.2020 at about 7:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 6. The FIR is prompt. The applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case out of vengeance. 7
