The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No. 14 of 2021 (State vs. Pramod Kumar Bind), Case Crime No. 165 of 2020, under Sections - 364, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station - Padari, District - Mirzapur with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for applicant that applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no eye witness of alleged incident. As per prosecution version, the deceased girl along with her elder sister has gone missing on 01.10.2020. Thereafter, dead body of deceased was recovered on 02.10.2020.
