Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 144 of 2024, under Sections 364, 302, 120-B, 201, 34 of IPC, Police Station - Etmadpur, District - Agra, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 18.05.2024 at about 11:00 PM, the informant's son, aged about 17 years, was found missing and the FIR was instituted after more than two days i.e. on 21.05.2024 at about 07:03 PM. His dead body was recovered on 22.05.2024 at one Titu Shukla's tubewell at village Latifpur. An application was given by the informant at the police station that too after the inquest proceedings and he has a
