The present second bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 246 of 2021, under Section - 302 I.P.C., Police Station - Maharajpur, District - Kanpur Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2024, passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12356 of 2022. 5. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. Applicant is grand son of deceased and he has no motive to cause death of his grand father.
