The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.119 of 2023, under Section 302 I.P.C., Police Station Saifai, District Etawah with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have taken the deceased person Ramveer on his motorcycle alongwith his mother Meera Devi to his house and committed his murder by hitting him with a spade, thereupon came out of his house and committed murder of another person Anlesh @ Alle on 17.5.2023
