Challenge in this Criminal Appeal is to the judgement dated 19.09.2025 passed by Special Sessions Judge, Azamgarh in Sessions Case No. 571 of 2023 (State of U.P. Vs. Ravi Nishad @ 2 others) arising out of Case Crime No. 157 of 2023, under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station-Maharajganj, District-Azamgarh, whereby the accused opposite parties-2, 3 and 4 have been acquitted of the charges framed against them under Section 302/34 I.P.C. 2. We have heard Mr. Bipin Kumar Tripathi, the learned counsel for appellant and Mr. Prashant Kumar, the learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party-1. 3. Perused the record. 4. Record reveals that an incident is alleged to have occurrred on 20.05.2023 at 8.00 PM, in which, one person Taul lost his life. 5.
