Bail application has been filed on behalf of accused-appellant, Pramod, who has been convicted in Sessions Trial No.1004 of 2003 (State Vs. Zahid and others), under Sections 364/34, 302/34, 201/34 IPC, arising out of Case Crime No.355 of 2002, P.S. Pilkhuwa, District Ghaziabad and the maximum sentence awarded to them is life imprisonment. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that similarly placed co-accused, Abrar, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 13.08.2024 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 6093 of 2023. He has further submitted that since the role of the appellant is identical to that of co- accused, Abrar, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in the
