This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Sitaram, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 851 of 2015 (State of U.P vs. Sitaram and another) Case Crime No. 74 of 2015, under Sections- 302/34 IPC, P.S.- Barhan, District- Agra, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed acutal custody of 8 years, 08 months and 20 days. He is in jail since 30.11.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2025. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant- appellant
