This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Pappu, praying to enlarge him on bail in Session Case No. 297 of 2020, under Sections- 498-A, 304-B IPC and Section 4 of D.P. Act readwith Section 302, 34 IPC, Police Station- Pahadi, District- Chitrakoot in Case Crime No. 149 of 2019, during the pendency of this appeal. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that there are two dying declarations of the deceased, recorded within a span of about twenty days. The first dying declaration categorically exonerates the appellant. It is further submitted that the deceased was taken to her parental home, where she was made to bath by her family members, subsequent to which infection developed, ultimately resulting in her death.
