Jafri, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Gufran Ahmad, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Krishna, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 834 of 2013 (State vs. Taj Mohammad @ Taj and others), Case Crime No. 114 of 2013, under Sections- 363, 366, 376, 302 and 201 IPC, Police Station- Dibai, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of this appeal. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co- accused, Taj Mohammad @ Taj, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6387 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is on better footing than of co-accused, Taj
