This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Ramjeet, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 16 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 242 of 2017, under Sections- 302/34, 323/34 IPC, Police Station- Chopan, District- Sonebhadra, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed custody of about 8 years. He is in jail since 10.11.2017 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2024. It is not likely to be heard in near future.
