The above short term bail (Parole) application has been filed on behalf of the appellant, Radheyshyam Yadav, with a prayer to release him on short term bail (Parole) in Sessions Trial No. 269 of 2022 (State of U.P. vs. Ankit Kumar Yadav and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 36 of 2022, under Sections- 302, 34 IPC, Police Station- Chilh, District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that during the pendency of present appeal, the appellant has severe problem in his ear and pus is coming out from his ear due to which he has hearing problem which is increasing day by day and on 13.08.2025 appellant was taken to
