This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Imran, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2018, (State of U.P. vs. Imran) arising out of Case Crime No. 408 of 2017, under Sections- 302 IPC, Police Station- Kithore, District- Meerut, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed custody of above 8 years. The appellant is in jail since 21.09.2017 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2025. It is not likely to be heard in near future.
