This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Boby, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 1147 of 2008 (State vs. Lala @ Irshad and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 165 of 2008, under Section 148, 302/149 IPC, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Agra, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the F.I.R., five named accused, including the appellant and 40 - 50 unknown persons, on account of dispute regarding contract of cycle stand reached the place of incident and on exhortation of co-accused, Gayasuddin 40-50 persons caught hold of Manvendra and the fo
