This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Manoj Kumar Alias Monu, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 2848 of 2022 (State of U.P vs. Manoj Kumar urf Monu and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 194 of 2022, under Sections- 302, 120-B and 201 IPC, P.S.- Nagal, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of this appeal.
