Suspension of Sentence Application Heard Sri Narendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Shri Krishna, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 555 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 411 of 2020, under Sections- 302/34 IPC at Police Station- Mohamadabad, District- Farrukhabad, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application only on the ground of age of the appellant, which at present is about 72 years as per statement recorded under Section 313 Cr.P.C before the trial court. This appeal is of the year 2024. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant- appellant but could not dispute the contenti
