This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants- applicants, Jamsher and, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2017 (State vs. Rizwan and others) in Case Crime No. 795 of 2016, under Sections- 147, 148, 307/149, 452, 324/149, 302/149, 364, 506, 376, 342, 368 IPC, Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed acutal custody of more than 8 years. He is in jail since 03.01.2019 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2023. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer f
