Wahid and Others, arising out of Case Crime No. 446 of 2018, under Sections- 302/34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Mainather, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed acutal custody of above 7 years. He was on bail during trial.
