This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Mohd Wahid, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 231 of 2019, State of U.P. vs. Mohd. Wahid and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 446 of 2018, under Sections- 302/34, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Mainather, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the uncle of the informant, Ateeq Ahmad, left the house on 29.12.2018 at about 09:00 p.m saying that he will return soon. He left on his motorcycle but when he did not returned and
