This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Sunita, praying to enlarge her on bail in Sessions Trial No. 2848 of 2022 (State vs. Manoj Kumar urf Monu and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 194 of 2022, under Sections- 302, 120-B IPC, P.S.- Nagal, District- Saharanpur , during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the husband of the informant, Monu Kumar, was working as labourer and earning his livelihood for running his family. Baleshwar, Suresh, Meher Singh and Rinku, had enmity with him. On 18.08.2022 his husband had gone to Nangal but did not returned and hence information was given to the police.
