This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants- applicants, Ashok @ Nohar, Sandeep, Teerath Prasad Gautam, Kallu and Shubham @ Bhagwandas, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 17 of 2018 (State vs. Ashok @ Nohar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 217 of 2017, under Sections- 147, 148, 302/149 IPC, P.S.- Manikpur, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of this appeal.
