Bail Application Heard Sri Surya Pratap Singh Parmar, learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants- applicants, Lalchand and Rajmani, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 117 of 2013 (CNR No. UPSN010007932013) (State of U.P. vs. Lalchand and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 189 of 2013, under Section- 304 IPC, Police Station- Suriyawan, District- Bhadohi, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that informant, mother, Heerawati Devi, was standing at the door of his house on 31.08.2013. The daughter of the accused, Sursatti, was going close from the door of his house carrying water. His mother asked her to take the water from the distance so that the water does not spills on her door. There
