This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Sandeep Tiwari, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 250 of 2018 (State vs. Saurabh Pandey) and S.T. No. 251 of 2018 (State vs. Saurabh Kumar Pandey) arising out of Case Crime No. 247 of 2018 and Case Crime No. 256 of 2018, under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of this appeal. F.I.R was lodged against unknown accused subsequently in the statement of P.W.-4, Sanjay Verma, it came that on the date of incident, the appellant along with other co-accused was seen running from the place of incident
