This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Dayaram, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 107 of 2006, Computer Case No. UPHM010000952006 (State vs. Bharat and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 646 of 2005, under Sections- 147, 302/149, 201 IPC, Police Station- Raath, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the prosecution case, the only daughter of the informant was married to son of Mahipal Lodhi. His daughter had love affair with Arvind and in the night on 30.10.2005 she eloped with Arvind.
