This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Pradeep Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 150 of 2017 (State vs. Pradeep Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 959 of 2009, under Sections- 302/34 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Orai, District- Jalaun, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed custody of 9 years and 6 months.
