Guddi, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 506 of 2019 (State vs. Guddi) arising out of Case Crime No. 125 of 2019, under Sections- 498-A, 304-B, 323 IPC and 4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Kalyanpur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during the pendency of this appeal. Counsel for the appellants submits that the maximum punishment awarded to the appellants is 10 years.
