Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad, vide his letter dated 10.01.2025 has informed this Court that sole appellant - Ram Dass has already passed away on 02.04.2024. 3. In verification of his death, the statement of Shiv Kumar Singh S/o Ram Dass and Vipin Kumar has been recorded. 4. The death certificate issued by the Government of Uttarakhand has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Vineet Kumar, P.S. Thakurdwara, District- Moradabad has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant- Ram Dass has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
