Death certificate issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has also been annexed. Police report by S.I. Ashish Paliwal, Police Station Mansoorpur, District Muzaffar Nagar has also been annexed. 4. Learned AGA do not dispute the aforesaid fact. 5. In view of the above, since the sole surviving appellant no.2 Omi has already passed away, the instant criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6.
