This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Alha, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 1029 of 1997 (State of U.P. vs. Shri Ram and others) Case Crime No. 90 of 1992, Police Station- Kokhraj, District- Allahabad, convicting the appellant under sections- 148, 323 read with 149, 302 read with 149 IPC, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that on 19.03.1992 at about 05:30 p.m informant was going to his house when, on account of dispute between women, Shri Ram, Dwarika, Ramjag, Rambodh, Alha and Rajkum
