This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Noor Mohammad, praying to enlarge him on bail in Special Session Trial No. 95 of 2015 (State vs. Dharmpal and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 264 of 2014, under Sections- 364(A), 302/34, 201, 411, 120(B) IPC, Police Station- Kundarki, District- Moradabad, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that this is first implication of the appellant. He has completed custody of above 10 years. He is in jail since 24.10.2014 and has no criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2023. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.
