This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Geeta Devi, praying to enlarge her on bail in Sessions Trial No. 851 of 2015 (State of U.P. vs. Sitaram and another) Case Crime No. 74 of 2015, under Sections- 302/34 IPC, P.S.- Barhan, District- Agra, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that there was no allegation against the appellant in the dying declaration of deceased. She was on bail during trial. She was summoned for facing trial under Section 319 Cr.P.C. This appeal is of the year 2024. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant- appellant but could not dispute the contentions
