This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Rihan, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 22 of 2017 (State vs. Rizwan and others) in Case Crime No. 795 of 2016, under Sections- 302/149, 307/149, 324/149, 147, 148, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant on the ground that he has completed acutal custody of more than 8 years. It is a case of single murder. He is in jail since 27.10.2016 and has no previous criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2024. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Le
